Seit wann bist Du generell beim BSV Wulfen?
I'm coaching the 1. Herren team since 2019.

Warum BSV Wulfen?
Was a good chance for me to continue to coach at high level close to my home. Great fans, and a great people who seen youth development as important as I do.

Wann hast Du Deine Trainerkarriere begonnen und warum?
I started coaching in the 2017/18 season. I was asked to be the head coach of the club where I started my playing career in Germany. I saw it an opportunity to take the next step in my professional career.

Welche Trainerstationen hast Du bereits durchlaufen (möglichst mit Jahreszahlen)?
VFL Bochum Sparkassenstars 2017 bis 2019
BSV Wulfen 2019 bis 2025.

-I started playing in Germany in 2006 with BG Südpark Bochum (1. Regio). 
-2007 Dortmund (1. Regio) 
-2008 Herten (2. Bundesilga proB) 
-2009-2012 Chemnitz (2. Bundesliga ProA) 
-2013 Dusseldorf (2. Bundesliga ProA) 
-2014 Gotha (2. Bundesliga ProA) 
-2015-2016 ETB (2. Bundesliga ProA) 
-2017 Bochum Sparkassenstars (ProB).

Hast Du eine Trainer-Philosophie und gibt es ein Trainer-Vorbild?
Give the younger players a chance early to develop. Fast pace. Strength with a big rotation.

Was macht Dir als Trainer am meisten Spaß, was weniger?
The fact that every practice and game is different, it's always a new challenge!

Hast Du einen Trainerschein oder möchtest Du noch einen machen?
Yes, I have completed my B-License, and 80 % finished with my A-License.

Was ist Deine Message an Dein(e) Team(s)?
Don’t get to high on winning, and don’t get to LOW in losses emotionally (mental aspect).

Was sind Deine Hobbys neben dem Basketball?
Playing board and card games.

Was ist Dein Lieblingsessen?
Chicken.

Success and continual growth.
